At RVN Optics, we carefully inspect every order before shipment to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition, ready to wear.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (delivery times vary by carrier)
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your orrder has been processed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost of Delayed Packages
After a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@rvnoptics.com, and we'll gladly help you work with the carrier to locate it.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. RVN Optics is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
